If your profile vanished from Maps this week, you’re losing calls right now, and you’ve probably already found a dozen companies promising to get it back.

I’ll tell you the thing most of them won’t: nobody can guarantee Google reinstates a profile. Not me, not the national services. Google decides. Anyone promising you a guaranteed outcome is either guessing or lying to you.

What I can promise is the work — a correct, complete, well-evidenced appeal, filed properly, followed through until Google gives a final answer, and explained to you in plain English either way.

The first call is free. If I look at your profile and see a real violation that can’t be fixed, I’ll tell you that, and I won’t take your money.

What I’ll actually do

Find out what really happened. Suspensions have causes: a keyword stuffed into the business name, an address Google can’t verify, a home-based business showing a pin instead of a service area, a duplicate listing you didn’t know existed, a category that doesn’t fit. The reason matters, because the appeal has to address it specifically.

Fix what tripped it. Whatever caused the suspension gets corrected before anything is filed. Appealing without fixing the cause is how businesses end up on their third denial with fewer options each round.

Build the appeal properly. Google asks for evidence — a utility bill, a business license, a lease, photos of your signage. Getting the right documents, on the right form, with a clear factual explanation and no long emotional backstory, is most of the job.

File it and follow it through. Including one re-appeal if the first one comes back denied.

Tell you what happened. In English, not jargon, whichever way it goes.

What it costs

$450 total. Split in half.

$225 when we start, after the free diagnosis call.
$225 only if your profile comes back.

That’s not a guarantee — it’s how I share the risk with you. You’re not handing $450 to a stranger during the worst week your business has had, and I’m not working for free on a case I’ve told you honestly is worth trying.

One re-appeal is included. If Google denies it twice, we’ll talk about whether a third attempt makes sense before you spend anything more.

The call that costs you nothing

Before any money changes hands, I look at your profile and tell you what I see.

Sometimes the answer is this is fixable and here’s why. Sometimes it’s you can fix this yourself in ten minutes, here’s how. And sometimes it’s this was suspended for something real and I don’t think it’s coming back — in which case I say so, and we’re done, and it cost you nothing.

I’d rather tell you no on a Tuesday than take $450 for work I don’t believe in.

Why call someone local

Every reinstatement service you’ll find is national. Some of them are good at this. None of them are here.

I’m in Murfreesboro. I work with businesses across Rutherford County and out through Warren, Cannon, and Coffee. If you want to sit down and go through it in person, that’s a drive, not a scheduling system. And when your profile is back, you’ll have someone twenty minutes away instead of a support ticket.

Here is my honest standing. I manage Google Business Profiles for the businesses and the nonprofit coalition I build and maintain sites for, and I have studied Google’s verification and suspension rules closely because it is the problem I get asked about most. I have not filed hundreds of appeals and I will not pretend otherwise. What you get is careful work and straight answers.

What this doesn’t cover

Straight answers, so nobody’s surprised:

  • Profiles suspended for something real and unfixable. A fake address, a business type Google prohibits, a listing that was never eligible. I’ll tell you on the free call.
  • Profiles you don’t control. If a former marketing company or web designer holds the account, getting you access is step one — and it’s a conversation worth having on its own.
  • Endless appeals. One re-appeal is included. Beyond that we talk first.
  • Ongoing management. Getting a profile back is one job. Keeping it healthy is another — see below.

After it’s back

A reinstated profile that goes right back to whatever caused the suspension gets suspended again.

Once yours is live, I’ll walk you through what to fix and what to leave alone. You can handle it yourself from there — plenty of people do, and I’ll tell you how. Or if you’d rather not think about it again, the Grow plan is $275 a month: profile managed, weekly posts, review tools, and a monthly report you can actually read.

No contract either way. Cancel any time.

Common questions

Can I fix a suspension myself?
Often, yes — especially a keyword-stuffed business name or a wrong address, which are the two most common causes. The full walkthrough is here and it’s free. Where people usually get stuck is the evidence and the wording of the appeal.

How long does it take?
Nobody honest will give you a number. It depends on the cause, the evidence, and Google’s queue — and Google changes this process regularly.

What if it doesn’t work?
You’ve paid $225 and I’ve done the work, including one re-appeal. If Google says no twice, I’ll tell you plainly whether a third attempt is worth it or whether you’re better off starting clean.

Will appealing make it worse?
A well-prepared appeal won’t. A rushed one that doesn’t fix the underlying cause can, because each denial narrows your options.

My profile disappeared but I never got an email.
It may not be suspended at all — it may just not be ranking, which looks identical from a search and has a completely different fix. Start here instead.

Do you work outside Murfreesboro?
Rutherford County and out through Warren, Cannon, and Coffee — McMinnville, Smyrna, Woodbury, Smithville, Lebanon.

Suspended profile? Not showing up on Maps? Verification failing?

One free call, and you’ll know where you stand.
