Before we talk

Good questions.

What you need to know before choosing a website or marketing partner.

How much does a website cost?

$1,500 for a Starter site with five pages, $2,500 for Business with up to eight pages and a custom design, and $3,500 for Growth, which adds a page for every town you serve and a Google review system. Those are the prices, not starting points. Domain and hosting are separate, usually $150 to $300 a year, registered in your name and billed at cost with no markup.

What does it cost per month after the site launches?

Nothing is required. The site is yours, and you can run it yourself. If you’d rather hand it off, care plans are $150, $275, or $450 a month. Maintain at $150 covers managed hosting, software updates, backups, and small text and photo changes. Grow at $275 adds Google Business Profile management, weekly Google posts, review tools, and a monthly plain-English report. Lead at $450 adds one local article a month, written with you, and a quarterly strategy call. SEO plans run $350 to $1,100 a month on top of a care plan. Cancel any month.

Do I own my website, domain, and hosting?

Yes, all of it. The domain and hosting are registered in your name, and every password is handed to you at launch. If we ever part ways, the site goes with you and nothing is held back. I’ve seen what happens when a designer keeps the keys, and I won’t run a business that way.

My old web designer controls my domain or won’t give me access. Can you help?

Yes, and it’s the first thing I check with every new client. Before any work starts, we find out who owns the domain, where the hosting and email live, and who controls the Google Business Profile. If you don’t have access, getting it back is step one, and I won’t touch the old setup blind. It takes patience and some paperwork, and it’s worth doing before anything else.

Is there a contract?

No lock-in. Builds are a flat, one-time price, and monthly plans can be cancelled any month with no penalty. You’ll still get a simple written agreement that says what I’m doing, what it costs, and what you own. No contracts means no trap, not no paperwork.

My Google Business Profile is suspended, or my business isn’t showing up on Maps. Can you fix it?

That’s the work I specialize in. It starts with a free diagnosis call, because a profile that isn’t showing up and a profile that’s suspended are different problems with different fixes. If it’s a suspension and it’s fixable, GBP Rescue is $450 total: $225 to start and $225 only if Google reinstates the profile, with one re-appeal included. Nobody can guarantee Google reinstates a profile. If the suspension is a real policy violation that can’t be fixed, I’ll tell you that on the call and I won’t take your money.

I already have a website. Can you help without rebuilding it?

Yes. Care plans and SEO plans work on the site you have. If you’re not sure whether your site is helping or hurting, a Site & Search Audit is $500 one-time: a written report of what’s broken, what’s missing, and what to do first. If the site turns out to be the problem, the report says so and you decide what to do about it. I’d rather tell you that up front than bill you monthly to find out.

Can you guarantee I’ll rank on the first page of Google?

No, and nobody honest can. Google doesn’t sell organic positions and doesn’t publish the rules. What I promise is the work, listed with its price on the services page, and a straight account of what it moved. If someone guarantees you a ranking, ask what happens to your money when it doesn’t happen.

I have a Facebook page. Do I still need a website?

Not always right away. If you’re brand new and every dollar is spoken for, a complete Google Business Profile and an active Facebook page are a real start, and both are free. The limit is that Facebook decides who sees your posts, and a Facebook page won’t show up for a search like plumber near me the way a site you own can. When you want to be found by people who don’t already follow you, that’s when a website earns its price. If you’re not sure which stage you’re in, call and I’ll tell you honestly.

Do you work outside Murfreesboro?

Yes. I’m based in Murfreesboro and work across Rutherford County and the counties around it, including Cannon, Coffee, Warren, Williamson, and Putnam. Most of the work happens by phone and online, and I’ll meet in person when it helps.

Is it just you?

Yes. Boro Digital is one person, Trey Surles. The person who quotes the job is the person who builds the site, does the SEO work, and answers the phone at 615-580-0699. There’s no account manager in between. The trade-off is capacity. I take a limited number of clients at a time, and if I’m full I’ll tell you so and tell you when I can start.
